Join Chef Eliane, for a singular dining adventure. Eliane is a professionally trained restaurant chef with years of experience in private villas, mega-yachts and high-end eateries around the world.
I recently moved home to Amsterdam, after many years in France where she created La Serviette Blanche, a multiple award winning company and the culinary market leader in the French Riviera. She has a passion for cooking which was instilled by her mother, who is of French descent and always guaranteed good wine with French and Mediterranean meals using fresh high quality ingredients.
She sees to it that quality, seasonal ingredients are used while creating innovative menus. It is her aim to teach her students how to make classic traditional meals, yet also look to harness their creativity and capture their imagination with some fresh, vibrant and innovative recipes.
Our Chef’s Table seats up to eight guests in an intimate and relaxed environment in a beautiful Amsterdam home . While dining, I will take the time to share her creations with you and explain each course and field questions. This exclusive dining experience is the ideal way to commemorate your trip to Amsterdam.
This private dining eatery offers both travelers and locals a chance to meet new people, share good food and dine from a three-course menu that varies daily. Our concept is simple. Guests are seated around a large table and enjoying delicious food complemented with top-shelf wine. We bring people together while enjoying pleasant conversation and laughter in casual and luxurious surroundings.
