 Private Dining in Amsterdam

Do you want to experience fine dining and great wine in a new way?  If you already have a passion for superior food and wine, our Chef’s Table will be sure to stun you.

Join Chef Eliane, for a singular dining adventure. Eliane is a professionally trained restaurant chef with years of experience in private villas, mega-yachts and high-end eateries around the world.

I recently moved home to Amsterdam, after many years in France where she created La Serviette Blanche, a multiple award winning company and the culinary market leader in the French Riviera. She has a passion for cooking which was instilled by her mother, who is of French descent and always guaranteed good wine with French and Mediterranean meals using fresh high quality ingredients.

She sees to it that quality, seasonal ingredients are used while creating innovative menus. It is her aim to teach her students how to make classic traditional meals, yet also look to harness their creativity and capture their imagination with some fresh, vibrant and innovative recipes.

Our Chef’s Table seats up to eight guests in an intimate and relaxed environment in a beautiful Amsterdam home . While dining, I will take the time to share her creations with you and explain each course and field questions. This exclusive dining experience is the ideal way to commemorate your trip to Amsterdam.

This private dining eatery offers both travelers and locals a chance to meet new people, share good food and dine from a three-course menu that varies daily. Our concept is simple. Guests are seated around a large table and enjoying delicious food complemented with top-shelf wine. We bring people together while enjoying pleasant conversation and laughter in casual and luxurious surroundings.

Special Thanksgiving Dinner, November 2019

It's never too early to start planning for this year's Thanksgiving, especially when you are traveling. Celebrate Thanksgiving in a unique setting at the home of an acclaimed chef. Our modern dining room with a warm ambiance is located in Amsterdam's elegant Zuidas were we serve delicious food and great wines. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a welcome drink and our elegant hors d'oeuvres.

Our excellent location and friendly hospitality provide the ideal setting for a special Thanksgiving meal.

Learning they won’t be learning any recipes as they will only come for dinner is a guarantee - and in addition to that, you might just discover your new favourite wine and make some new friends. The chances of that are quite high when you put a group of people who love food and travel in a room together and add some delicious wine to compliment the atmosphere and mood, as well as the food.

As the host, she will utilise all my culinary academia, love for meeting new people and my 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to create an experience that will live long in the memory, That’s one of the biggest thrills for me - knowing that what I can teach you, you can then pass on to others, for them to enjoy and then do the same.

Taking one of her cooking classes ,cooking class will also stand you in good stead for the rest of your trip in Amsterdam - she’d be happy to give you pointers on great places to visit and dine within the city that most tourists won’t know about.

I look forward to meeting you and adding another dimension and a dash of spice to your vacation.

What Our Happy Guests Say About Us

Loved, loved, loved this cooking experience - Reviewed July 11, 2016

“This day spent with Chef Eliane shopping at the farmers market and cooking in her home

was one of my favorites in the south of France. Getting in the kitchen with fresh ingredients

and hands-on insights and techniques gave me a much more intimate experience of

Mediterranean cuisine that i can definitely apply at home. Highly recommend and would

love to do it again if I’m back in that part of the world.”
